This Peas in a Pod Discussion will provide an opportunity for organizations that deliver observational, oral, or interview-style assessments to share and learn from each other’s experiences. We’ll explore how organizations have implemented remote (or adjusted in-person) observational exams over the past few years and how these changes have impacted current testing processes.
Participants will be invited to discuss best practices and lessons learned related to technology; security; examiner and candidate preparation and training; risk mitigation; and more. We’ll even take time to ponder what possibilities the future may hold.
