As assessment and credentialing programs continue to evolve, so do the tools and techniques we use to reach and entice potential credential holders. Please join a panel of marketing experts to learn more about how applying some new techniques to how you market your testing program can lead to increased adoption and brand loyalty.

This session will explore various marketing tools that can be used to promote credentialing programs. We will discuss how to leverage social media, email marketing, search engine optimization, and even generative AI to create content and reach a wider audience without breaking the bank. Additionally, we will explore the power of repurposing existing content to maximize its impact. Presenters will share real world examples, and in some cases, what failed, to help you improve your marketing effectiveness.

We will also discuss how small marketing efforts can have a big impact on certification program success. Simple tactics, such as engaging on social media from your brand’s account or getting creative with discounts, can be highly effective in creating awareness in addition to attracting and retaining candidates.

Session attendees will walk away with a better understanding of how marketing tools can be used to promote testing programs. These simple and practical techniques will help any testing program, large or small, build more effective marketing to increase visibility and reach, engage, and entice current and potential credential holders.
