Keynote speech by the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, Karina Gould to present highlights of Canada’s second Voluntary National Review (VNR). These remarks will be followed by a roundtable discussion on Canada’s way forward of the 2030 Agenda featuring a cross-sectoral panel discussion moderated by Minister Gould that will touch on Canada’s progress on the implementation of the 2030 Agenda, informed by the VNR. The year 2023 represents the half-way point of the 2030 Agenda and provides a unique opportunity to discuss how to shape the remaining seven years of, and accelerate, the 2030 Agenda through a whole-of-society approach.
